At NajiMD we stand behind the quality of all of our products and services. We acknowledge that while NajiMD products are very tolerable, they are significantly potent and on a rare occasion may not be tolerated. We do accept returns on products within 30 days, but will ask you to describe any adverse reaction you had so that we may ensure proper use, and if needed report the information to our cosmeceutical supplier.

Results obtained with various procedures vary from person to person, as will be reviewed in your consultation and consent documents. While we do strive for 100% satisfaction and will work with each client to ensure superior results, we are not able to provide refunds for services. In the case of an unforeseen reaction or problem, your matter will be addressed individually by a member of our management team to come up with an agreeable resolution.
